These Terms and Conditions explain how orders, payments, delivery, product support, and use of our website are managed. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a Frames Veloće product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Order Support & Replacement Policy and Privacy Policy.

Please review your order information carefully before confirming your purchase.

1. About Frames Veloće

Frames Veloće creates decorative framed models and display pieces designed for collectors, enthusiasts, and gifting.

References to “Frames Veloće,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the business operating the Frames Veloće website and fulfilling Frames Veloće orders.

References to “customer,” “you,” or “your” refer to the person accessing the website or placing an order.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you confirm that:

• The information provided by you is complete and accurate

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method

• You have reviewed the selected model, size, design, quantity, and price

• You have provided a complete delivery address and active contact number

• You have reviewed our Order Support & Replacement Policy

Submitting an order represents your request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Frames Veloće.

We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or another available method to confirm your order or delivery information.

3. Order Confirmation and Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent or incomplete orders, Frames Veloće may verify an order before beginning production, preparation, or dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• The customer cannot be contacted for confirmation

• The delivery information is incomplete or appears incorrect

• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected

• A product is unavailable

• A pricing, description, or technical error has occurred

• The quantity ordered cannot reasonably be fulfilled

• The order violates these Terms and Conditions

• Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment

If Frames Veloće cancels an order after receiving an advance payment, the amount received for the cancelled order will be returned through an appropriate available payment method.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.

Available payment options may include advance payment, bank transfer, card payment, cash on delivery, or other methods shown during checkout.

Prices may be changed for future purchases without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Any bank charges, currency-conversion charges, international transaction charges, or payment-provider fees imposed directly upon the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Frames Veloće may delay processing until the required payment or order confirmation has been received.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Because products may enter preparation, production, finishing, packaging, or dispatch shortly after confirmation, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

A request may be considered when the order has not yet entered processing. Once processing has begun, the order cannot normally be changed or cancelled.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not mean that the request has been accepted. Frames Veloće will confirm whether the requested change is possible.

6. Final-Sale Products

Our models are delicate, limited-batch, customised, personalised, or specially prepared products. Therefore, confirmed purchases are generally treated as final.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Selecting the wrong model, size, colour, or design

• Preference for another product

• Subjective dissatisfaction

• Minor differences associated with manufacturing or finishing

• Slight colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings

• Refused deliveries or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

Verified manufacturing defects, incorrect items, and significant delivery damage are handled under our Order Support & Replacement Policy.

Our usual resolution for an approved claim is repair, replacement parts, or product replacement rather than a cash refund.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are intended to help customers plan for the arrival of their orders.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Delivery may be affected by:

• Courier operations

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Road closures or security restrictions

• Remote delivery locations

• Customs processing

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Supply-chain interruptions

• Other events outside our reasonable control

Frames Veloće is not responsible for delays that could not reasonably have been prevented. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in locating or resolving a delayed shipment where possible.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and that the telephone number and address provided are accurate.

Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, refused parcel, repeated delivery attempt, or customer-requested rerouting may be charged to the customer.

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for reviewing the import requirements applicable in their country.

Customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or similar government and courier charges are not included unless expressly stated during checkout.

Frames Veloće cannot guarantee customs-clearance times or acceptance by foreign customs authorities.

A refusal to pay applicable customs or import charges does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Every product is inspected and securely packed before dispatch.

Please inspect your parcel promptly after delivery. If the order arrives significantly damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that the issue can be documented and investigated.

A claim should include:

• The order number

• Clear photographs of the complete product

• Close-up photographs of the reported issue

• Photographs of the external and internal packaging

• An unboxing video, where available

• A brief explanation of the issue

Do not discard the packaging or return the product before receiving instructions from Frames Veloće.

Claims are reviewed using the evidence provided and the order, packaging, production, and delivery information available to us.

Where a claim is verified, Frames Veloće may provide the most appropriate available solution, including:

• Troubleshooting or installation guidance

• A replacement component

• Repair of the affected product

• Replacement of the complete product

• Another remedy required under applicable law

Reporting an issue promptly helps us verify whether damage occurred before or during delivery. A delayed report may be more difficult to verify, but this reporting procedure does not remove any right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Returns Authorisation

Products must not be returned without written approval and return instructions from Frames Veloće.

Unauthorised returns may be refused, returned to the sender, or held until the customer arranges collection or payment of applicable delivery charges.

When a physical return is required for an approved claim, the applicable shipping arrangements will be communicated before the product is sent.

The allocation of return-delivery costs will depend on the circumstances of the verified claim and any requirements of applicable law.

11. Product Appearance and Variations

Product photographs are prepared to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual products may contain minor variations in:

• Colour or shade

• Surface texture

• Printed layer patterns

• Component alignment

• Finish

• Packaging

• Small design details

Colours may also appear different because of lighting, photography, mobile displays, monitor settings, or editing.

A minor variation that does not materially affect the appearance or intended decorative use of the product is not normally considered a manufacturing defect.

12. Product Use and Care

Frames Veloće products are decorative display items unless expressly described otherwise.

Products should be:

• Handled carefully

• Kept away from excessive heat and moisture

• Protected from prolonged direct sunlight

• Mounted or displayed securely

• Kept away from small children where detachable components are present

• Cleaned using an appropriate dry or lightly damp method

Frames Veloće is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by dropping, impact, unsuitable mounting, mishandling, modification, repainting, improper cleaning, heat, moisture, chemicals, pressure, or inappropriate storage.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, dimensions, availability, and photographs accurate.

Occasional errors may occur. Frames Veloće may correct inaccurate information, update product details, or withdraw a product where necessary.

If a material error affects an accepted order, we may contact the customer to offer the corrected order details or cancel the affected order. Any amount already received for a cancelled item will be returned through an appropriate payment method.

14. Third-Party Brands and References

Vehicle names, aircraft names, manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party identifiers belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance in product descriptions may be used only to identify the subject represented by a decorative model.

Unless expressly stated, Frames Veloće does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, licensing, partnership, or official affiliation with any vehicle, aircraft, defence, automotive, or manufacturing company.

15. Frames Veloće Intellectual Property

The Frames Veloće name, logo, website layout, original photographs, product presentation, written content, promotional material, graphics, and other original brand assets are owned by or licensed to Frames Veloće.

They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially distributed, republished, or used to impersonate Frames Veloće without written permission.

This clause does not claim ownership of trademarks, product designs, or intellectual property belonging to third parties.

16. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, bundles, promotional prices, gifts, and limited-time offers may have separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash

• Multiple discounts cannot be combined

• Offers apply only during the specified period

• Products remain subject to availability

• A promotion may be withdrawn before an order is accepted

• Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively

Any promotional order remains subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Order Support & Replacement Policy.

17. Customer Conduct

Customers must not use our website, communication channels, or ordering system to:

• Submit false information

• Place intentionally fraudulent orders

• Misuse payment or chargeback systems

• Impersonate another person

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems

• Copy or misuse protected Frames Veloće content

• Threaten, harass, or abuse team members

• Engage in unlawful activity

Where misuse is reasonably suspected, Frames Veloće may decline future orders, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or take other proportionate action permitted by law.

A genuine payment dispute or consumer complaint will not, by itself, be treated as misconduct.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frames Veloće will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, display, or use of a product.

Where our liability may lawfully be limited, the maximum aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any applicable rights relating to defective products, fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

19. Privacy and Communications

Customer information may be used to:

• Confirm and process orders

• Arrange payment and delivery

• Provide customer support

• Prevent fraud

• Maintain business and transaction records

• Improve our products and services

• Meet legal or regulatory obligations

Transactional messages relating to an order may be sent using the contact information provided by the customer.

20. Force Majeure

Frames Veloće will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, war, civil disturbance, strikes, courier disruption, power failure, internet outage, supply shortages, government restrictions, import restrictions, epidemics, or similar events.

Where possible, we will communicate material delays and resume performance when reasonably practicable.

21. Resolving Concerns

We encourage customers to contact us directly if an issue arises.

Please provide your order number, contact information, a clear explanation of the concern, and any supporting evidence. We will review the matter and attempt to reach a fair resolution.

False, manipulated, or materially misleading evidence may result in rejection of a claim. Each party retains any rights and remedies available under applicable law.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to Frames Veloće or an order will be handled by the courts or other competent legal forums having jurisdiction in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a forum that has mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.

23. Changes to These Terms

Frames Veloće may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our products, procedures, website, or legal obligations.

The version displayed at the time an order is placed will normally apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the greatest extent legally permitted.
