Return & Refund Policy – Frames Veloće

At Frames Veloće, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the exclusive and custom nature of our framed models, all sales are final. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns, No Refunds

• All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, minor cosmetic variations, or subjective dissatisfaction with the product.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We only accept limited returns for items that arrive with significant manufacturing defects or damage directly caused during production.

• Customers must report defects within 24 hours of delivery by emailing framesveloce.com with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

• Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

• If a defect claim is approved at our discretion, a replacement may be issued. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If a return is approved, the customer must cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to use a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Non-Qualifying Return Reasons

• Minor variations in color, design, or packaging. Slight differences from product images are not considered defects.

• Damage caused by improper handling. We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, including mishandling, incorrect installation, or exposure to environmental conditions.

• Third-party courier issues. Any damages occurring during transit must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

• Limited edition or custom orders. These are made to order and strictly non-returnable.

5. Unauthorized Returns

• Any return sent without prior approval will be rejected and disposed of without compensation.

• Customers attempting unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be permanently banned from future purchases.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only considered in rare cases where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

• We do not offer exchanges for different models, designs, or customer preference changes.

7. Final Decision & Legal Disclaimer

• Frames Veloće reserves the right to make the final determination on all return and exchange requests.
