2. Orders & Payments
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.
Full payment is required before any order is processed. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be made directly with the courier. Frames Veloće is not liable for such occurrences once the product has been dispatched.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective upon arrival.
If a defect is reported, it must be accompanied by photographic evidence and submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Any claim of a defective item is subject to review, and our decision is final. If an exchange is granted, the customer bears all return shipping costs.
Minor variations in color, design, or packaging are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Our frames and models are for decorative purposes only and must be handled with care. Any damage resulting from improper use is not covered.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of vehicle brand licensing unless explicitly stated.

Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.
We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations of quality, color, or design.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must first be addressed via written communication to Frames Veloće customer service.
In the event of unresolved disputes, they shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and legal proceedings shall be conducted in Rawalpindi.
Customers waive the right to class-action lawsuits or arbitration in jurisdictions outside of our selected governing law.
